DiceLah! Creator Program

The DiceLah! Creator Program lets you earn a share of the revenue from players you bring to the game. You get a personal creator code. A player enters it in the app under Settings → Creator Code, and from then on you earn a share of what that player spends in DiceLah!

Joining the program means you agree to these terms.

How attribution works

• A player supports one creator at a time. Entering your code replaces whatever code they had before.
• Attribution is permanent — it lasts until that player enters a different code or clears theirs. There is no expiry date.
• Players receive no discount, bonus or in-game reward for entering a code. Do not tell your audience otherwise.
• Attribution is recorded on our servers from the verified store purchase record. It is not something the app, you, or the player can set.

What you earn

• You earn a percentage of net revenue — the purchase price after the app store's commission has been deducted, and excluding taxes. Your rate is the one stated when your code was issued.
• Earnings are calculated and held in US dollars.
• You earn on in-app purchases only. Advertising revenue is not shared, because it cannot be attributed to an individual player.
• We may change the rate for future purchases with reasonable notice. We will not retroactively reduce commission that has already been earned.

Refunds and the holding period

Commission becomes payable only after a holding period following the purchase. This is because a player can request a refund from the app store after they buy, and a refunded purchase earns nothing.

• If a purchase is refunded before you are paid, the commission is cancelled.
• If a purchase is refunded after you are paid, the amount is deducted from your next payment.

Getting paid

• Payments are made manually, on request or periodically, once your payable balance reaches the minimum payout threshold we tell you when your code is issued. Balances below the threshold roll over.
• You must give us valid payment details. We are not responsible for money sent to details you supplied incorrectly.
• Transfer fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the amount sent.
• You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent or partner of A2ENGINES PTE. LTD. You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn, and for any registration or reporting your own country requires.

Rules

You must not:

• use your own code, or arrange for it to be used on purchases you fund or control;
• buy installs, use bots or automation, or create accounts to generate commission;
• use payment details, accounts or cards that are not lawfully yours;
• claim that a code gives players a discount, free currency, or any other reward;
• promote DiceLah! through spam, misleading claims, or content aimed at children below the app's age rating;
• present yourself as speaking for, employed by, or officially partnered with A2ENGINES PTE. LTD.;
• use our name, logo or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse anything other than the game itself.

Where the law or the platform you post on requires you to disclose a paid or commercial relationship, you must disclose it.

Suspension and removal

We may pause or revoke a code, and withhold unpaid commission, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or that earnings arose from fraudulent, refunded or otherwise invalid purchases. Where we withhold payment we will tell you why.

Either of us may leave the program at any time. Commission properly earned before you leave, and past its holding period, will still be paid.

General

• We may change these terms; material changes will be sent to the contact address we hold for you and apply to future purchases.
• The program is offered as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost or expected earnings.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
